AIDEPI Sustainability Report

On Friday May 23rd 2014 AIDEPI Sustainability Report was presented at University of Roma Tre, School of Economics and Management. The Report, realized through the support of AIDEPI experts Group “Sustainable Development” is composed by multiple data ranging from use of packaging materials to by-products, including environmental impacts derived from agricultural raw materials used in food manufacturing. The work includes also data on environmental performances of plants expressed as energy and water consumption, CO2 emission, waste produced and recovered. During the morning session a Roundtable was settled, attended by Paolo Barilla – AIDEPI President, Francesco Paolo Fulci – Ferrero Italia S.p.a. President, Angelo Trocchia – Unilever Italia President, Eva Alessi – WWF, Ermete Realacci – Environment Commission House of Deputy President and Edo Ronchi – Sustainable development Foundation President.
