Promoting the culture of the confectionery industry has always been one of AIDEPI's main goals. That's why an apposite Technical Committee, composed by experts from both the nutritional and the legislative fields, is in charge of identifying, evaluating and defining the best practices and the most virtuous habits of the sector, to be subsequently spread among the associates through workshops and in-depth analyses.


Particular attention has been paid to the quality of ingredients and, more specifically, to the use of fats, thanks to regular collaborations with the most important scientific experts in the field.
