The associative project has the aim to clarify and to counter the numerous and widespread prejudices that, for years, the snacks industry are subject to. It does so with the help of a panel of experts in every discipline: pediatricians, nutritionists, food technologists, dieticians, psychologists, educators with seriousness and strictness based on facts and scientific data.
Any questions, that parents rightly are asking every day when choosing a snack for their children, deserve a clear answer, comprehensive, reliable.
AIDEPI, with the support of the main companies of breakfast products, decided to give life to a campaign - "Io comincio bene" – that means “I start well”, who lives thanks to a blog and a Facebook page http://iocominciobene.it/ and https://www.facebook.com/IoComincioBene.
The goal of the campaign is to underline the importance of a good and appropriate breakfast, from a nutritional point of view and also for the mood.
Virtual places where those who "start well" will tell there why, their little secrets about the breakfast and why they would not give up for anything in the world. Multifaceted, "solar" and personal, this moment of the day is extremely enjoyable for as many as 35 million Italians (7 of 10).
On the occasion of the project, Doxa AIDEPI commissioned a survey that photographed the breakfast of the Italians and the change of this rite in the last 10 years.
